These Terms of Service govern the use of services provided by Rokko Travel Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”). By booking any tour or service through our website or by email, you agree to these Terms.
1. Scope of Services
The Company provides travel-related services in Japan, including guided tours, transportation arrangements, reservations for cultural experiences, and related services.
2. Booking and Payment
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or deposit as specified for each service. Full payment may be required prior to the service date.
3. Changes and Cancellations by the Customer
Cancellations and changes are subject to the cancellation policy stated on each tour or service page. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing of cancellation.
4. Changes and Cancellations by the Company
The Company may change or cancel services due to force majeure, natural disasters, weather conditions, strikes, traffic conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to inform customers and provide appropriate refunds when applicable.
5. Liability
The Company is not responsible for delays, accidents, injuries, losses, or damages caused by transportation providers, facilities, weather conditions, or other third parties. Customers participate in tours and activities at their own risk.
6. Health and Safety
Customers are responsible for their own health condition and must inform the Company in advance of any medical conditions that may affect participation.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.
