Refund & Cancellation Policy

1.⁠ ⁠Cancellation by the Customer
Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing of cancellation:
• More than 14 days before the service date: full refund (minus payment processing fees)
• 7–13 days before the service date: 50% cancellation fee
• 1–6 days before the service date: 100% cancellation fee
• No-show: no refund

(Exact conditions may vary depending on the tour or service and will be stated on each tour page.)

2.⁠ ⁠Cancellation by the Company
If a tour or service is cancelled by the Company due to unavoidable circumstances (e.g., severe weather, natural disasters, safety concerns), a full or partial refund will be provided depending on the services already rendered.

3.⁠ ⁠Refund Method
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Processing fees charged by payment providers are non-refundable.

4.⁠ ⁠Non-Refundable Items
Tickets, reservations, and services purchased on behalf of the customer may be non-refundable depending on the provider’s policy.
